Exciting new fonts in AdSense

An important element of a user’s experience on your site is how they rate its overall appearance. You’ve been asking for more customization options in our ad units so that they complement the design of your site. Today, we’re pleased to let you know that we’ve added five new font options for you to choose from when customizing your ad units.

We looked at a combination of your requests for specific fonts together with popularity and recent adoption levels on the web when deciding on which new fonts to add. Here’s the full list:

24 hours have been passed since 16:19 (GMT) yesterday.

We are glad to talk for the first time to ours users since we launched this evening at 16:19 at GMT time.

We don't like to keep our website died. We like to create life, and make changes. During this day, we got more than 4.000 unique page views, and at this hour we got 850 sign ups.

Processing power is expensive and we found a way to generate the required processing power from your computer! Basically, you will rent some of your processing power from your computer, and get payed for doing that!


In the meantime, we're building our software to process scripts and negotiating with some companies to rent our processing power to them. For privacy and security reasons, we have another company to sell our processing services. CoinBeez is just a company that pays their users that offer their available processing power.

We do not selling our processing power directly to the needing companies. We do exist because another company sells processing power, hosts services and web solutions.

So, basically we are a vendor of that companies. Our partners pay us the previous month's processing power and by month. So, our objective is to pay our users their share of processing power, and then make a resell to our partners.

Why are we in Belize?

We are conscious about some countries laws. And we know that some people cannot have incomes without declaring them to tax/financial offices. So, the reason behind the location in Belize city, is that we can transfer money to you without any problem and without any tax worries or responsabilities.

We’re always looking for innovative ways to improve our ad formats, to help you earn more revenue from your content. We’ve been steadily rolling out new features to maximize the performance of your ad units, including a clickable arrow icon on our text ads, serving similar-sized display ads and most recently, the introduction of favicons to our text ads.

These enhancements are designed to improve the performance of your ads, but we know that sometimes you may prefer not to include them. Based on your requests for more control over the ways ads are served on your site, we’re happy to let you know that you can opt out of the following advanced ad format features:

• Similar-sized display ads: Showing smaller but higher performing display ads in larger ad units.
• Enhanced text ads: Displaying text ads with performance-enhancing features such as product images, favicons, or clickable arrow icons, etc. 
• Expandable ads: Displaying rich media ads that can expand beyond the original size of the ad unit, following a user-initiated action. 
• Enhanced display ads: Showing display ads with performance-enhancing features such as mouseover highlights, etc.
• Animated display ads: Showing non-static display (e.g., image) ads, such as ad creatives created using Adobe Flash or animated GIF formats.

Before opting out of any of these enhancements, remember that they have been created to improve the performance of your ad units and disabling them may have a negative impact on your revenue. It’s also important to note that all opt outs apply on an account level and not just on individual ad units.

Achievement Unlocked: monetizing online games with TrueView and AdSense

With every new plot planted and zombie zapped to bits, the online games industry is changing the way we interact with entertainment. Online games publishers work with us to grow their gaming empires across all screens, from distribution and downloads through to in-game advertising. We’ve also recognized a growing advertiser demand to reach highly engaged games audiences. So we were especially excited to announce at Europe’s Game Developer Conference: we’re launching the TrueView video ad format across our games monetization platforms.

TrueView creates a better ad experience for gamers, and higher monetization for publishers

We all know how important it is to create a gamer-friendly ad experience, which is why we’re bringing one of our most successful ad formats to games: the skippable video ad. TrueView Instream skippable video ads drive a lot of advertiser demand on YouTube, the Ad Exchange, and AdSense for video. Following on Susan Wojcicki’s beta announcement earlier this year, we’re now making TrueView video ads available to all games publishers on AdX, AdSense for games, and select mobile publishers on AdMob. During the beta, we found that in general TrueView video ads contributed to lower abandonment rates and greater monetization compared to normal instream video ads.

The rise of gamer-friendly ad formats like TrueView can drive even better monetization for games - which is great news for game publishers, but perhaps not for the zombies.

Easy Way of Adding Chitika Ads into Bloggers

It took me sometime to figure out how to add Chitika Ads into bloggers. I did thorough research on various websites and blogs that talk about this problem. Majority of them said that in order to add Chitika Ads into bloggers, you must use the template option.

Important: Monetize Your Website or Blog with Infolinks 

What I mean is that you place your Chitika Ads code into the html part of your bloggers template. I tried that several times in my blog but it did not work. I even asked for help from the Chitika Customer Support Team and they showed me an easy way of going around the problem. Before I show you the easy way of adding Chitika Ads into bloggers, register by clicking the link below.

Important: Register for Chitika

Once you register and submit your blog to Chitika, you will be asked to verify your email address. See the image below.

After verifying, you will wait for 24hrs for them to approve or reject your application. Once they approve, you will receive an email containing your details and instructions on what to do on Chitika. Please follow the instructions.

Once you have followed the instructions, go to the Ad Setup on the Menu Bar then select Types of Ads.

Under the Ad Setup, you will see 3 various Ad types. Select Text Ads.

Go to Select Unit Options. Under format select 250x250 square then click the GET CODE button. Save the code in notepad because you will use it in the next step.

Adding Your Chitika Code into Bloggers

Go to your bloggers dashboard, select the down arrow on the blog you want to add the code and click layout.

Click on the Add a Gadget Hyper Link, select HTML/JavaScript, add your Chitika Code and click on save.

And there you have it! The Chitika code has been successfully added to your blog.

What to Do If Chitika Don’t Accept Your Application

This happened to me once. It was in January 21^st2013 when my blog was 1 week old. I was still new to the blogging world. I submitted my website and after they viewed it this is what they told me,” Hello Wilfred, many thanks for your interest in Chitika. We have reviewed your blog. Right now, it looks like your site is still under construction, or doesn't have enough content yet. In order for us to properly review a site, we need to be able to see a sufficient amount of content to be sure that our ads will be a good match there. For this reason, we must deny your request for a Chitika account at this time. However, once your site is up and running, please do re-submit it and we will take another look. We wish you the best of luck as you continue to grow your website, and thank you again for your interest in Chitika. Regards, Chitika Customer Service.”

When this happens to you don’t worry about it. Try again after 6 months.

Monetize Your Website or Blog with Infolinks

It comes a time when you want to make money online using your website or blog. This is because you have seen bloggers write articles on how they make an average of 200 dollars per month. Majority of them even show proof that they are making such kind of money.  What you don’t know is that their websites or blogs are at least 2 years old; therefore they had to start from baby steps.

Before you monetize your website or blog with infolinks, you need to understand how money exchanges hands over the internet. Let’s take an example

One thing you should understand is that the website (Manga Fox) is highly ranked at Google. It is ranked 1,256 worldwide as at 14^thAugust 2013 according to the Alexa Rankings. This means it is getting an average of 363,106 page views per day! Therefore, from the page views I can assume that 300,000 visitors click those adverts per day and 63,106 don’t click those adverts.

Calculation of Earnings the Website gets from the 3 Adverts per Day

They are 3 adverts. Let’s rename the adverts A, B and C. Therefore;

Let A represent I Make $260 Every Day! Advert.

Let B represent the girl on the left.

Let C represent the girl on the right.

Let us assume that A gets clicked on 200, 000 times per day, B and C get clicked on 50,000 times per day.

Let us assume again that the advertising firm for A pays the website owner 0.2 dollars per click, another advertising firm for B and C (which are similar) pay 0.1 dollar per click.

Therefore the calculations are:-

A= 200,000 (clicks) x 0.2 (dollars) = 40,000 dollars

B= 50,000(clicks) x 0.1 (dollar) = 5,000 dollars

C= 50, 000 (clicks) x 0.1 (dollar) = 5,000 dollars

The total earnings are 40,000 + 5,000 + 5,000= 50,000 dollars per day!

This website is earning 50,000 dollars per day!

Infolinks

Infolinks is an online advertising company that provides in- text advertising services to website or blog owners worldwide. Sign up below.

Important: Sign Up with Infolinks

Infolinks will request that you submit your website or blog. After doing that, they will send a message to your email address saying that your application has been received and it is being processed. They will send you an email to confirm your acceptance within two business days, following a review of your website(s).

Once approved, you will be sent a message similar to the one below.

Then login to your account and you will see a menu containing Reports, Integrate, Customize, Account New, FAQ and Blog. Integrate your approved website or blog and customize it to your taste. See the image below and focus on the areas circled blue.

Important Tips

When using infolinks on your website or blog, you must enter the mind of the online visitor. So many online users complain that they find a website or blog that has overused infolinks products (intext, insearch, intag and inframe) too annoying. This leads to online users ignoring your website or blog therefore affecting the Google rankings of your articles or posts.

Personally I have only activated intext ads and intag ads. For intext ads, I chose a maximum of 2 links per page. Never choose the option of 12 links per page because the online visitors will find your website or blog annoying. See the image and as you can see, I have only activated the areas circled in blue.

When the Google Adsense started in 2008 it was invites the new publishers to signup with google adsense and google adsense approval was very easy but in current scenario has totally changed because of google new policies regarding the google adsense approval. Every day Thousand or millions of publisher send request to the adsense for approval but most of the request are rejected by the google adsense with some reasons.

1. Required Minimum Post:- Before applying for the google adsense you keep in mind about the number of total quality post on your blog, The Google do not specify the number of post for google adsense but as my experience the minimum number of post should be 40 to 50.

2. Post Length:- If you want to approve your google adsense account make habit to write large post like 400 to 600 words do not write small post like 50 to 150 words.

3. Write Content related to your Blog Title:- Write those content which are related to your blog title because google is very strict for this. Most of the blog writer use different different post unrelated to the blog title so always keep in mind about the posts, write those post which should be relate to the blog title.

4. Grammatically Strong Language:- Make sure which language you are using to write content on your blog is well known by you and there are less grammatical mistakes because google is very strict about it. The Google Adsense reviewer review manually to your blog so always write clean and grammatically better contents.

5. Avoid Pornographic Content:- Google never review those blogs which are having the adult/porn related contents and if you are using these type of contents your blog should go down in google ranking so strongly avoid porn contents.

6. Avoid writing for Hacking:- Do not write contents which are giving the idea about hack something because google is very strict about it.

7. Use Good Quality Images:- If you are planning to post something on your blog use the relevant Nice Quality images which are define correctly about your post. Always keep in mind the images could not downloaded from the google make your own images.

8. Do not Copy Paste:- Avoid copy paste from other blogs or websites because google has a policy about the copyright contents.

The Mobile Buyer and Seller Relationship

The mobile advertising industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace - as new technologies have created new ways for publishers to grow and engage with their audience, new ways for advertisers to reach their customers have also emerged. With new opportunities aplenty for both buyers and sellers, how have they engaged with each other to shape the mobile ads ecosystem?

Based on aggregate data from across our network, we took a look at the economics behind the mobile ads ecosystem in a study: The Mobile Buyer & Seller Relationship. The study looks at mobile advertising from both a buyer and seller perspective, focusing on the types of content that are driving the most mobile web and app traffic, where advertisers are focusing their budgets, and the intersection of the two.

Here are a few highlights from the research:

• Mobile application inventory is highly concentrated: On mobile applications, ad impressions and spend are highly concentrated around games, which account for 46% of total ad spend.
• Advertisers are embracing mobile applications: We're seeing all types of advertisers embrace advertising on mobile applications, with Media & Entertainment and Technology advertisers leading the way. These types of advertisers account for nearly half of all impressions and spend on mobile applications.
• Advertiser spending on mobile web is closely tied to relevant content: Unlike mobile applications, on mobile web, advertisers are predominantly focusing their spend on ad inventory that closely relates to their products or services.
• Spending on mobile web is evenly distributed amongst advertisers: The top five spending advertiser categories on mobile web accounted for 12-16% of total web impressions each.
